La Guaca Climbing Club Trains at Trepa
Trepa: La Casa de la Escalada is the official home of the Club Deportivo de Escalada La Guaca, a sports organization affiliated with the Colombian Sport Climbing Federation (FCED) that allows its members to compete in national federated competitions.
A community that climbs together
La Guaca was born with the vision of building a climbing community that prioritizes the holistic development of its athletes, promoting self-care, collective support, and athletic growth in safe environments.
Club members train regularly at Trepa's facilities, taking advantage of over 300 m² of climbing surface with 80+ boulders of all levels, as well as the functional training and stretching areas.
Training and competitions
The club has athletes who compete in the different stops of the Copa Colombia de Escalada (Colombia Climbing Cup) and other federated events. In 2025, Trepa hosted one of the Copa Colombia stops, demonstrating the quality of our facilities for high-level events.
Club training focuses on:
- Climbing technique on boulders of all difficulty grades
- Physical preparation in the strength and stretching areas
- Competitive strategy with guidance from experienced coaches
- Physical assessments in partnership with Kinnut (sports physiotherapy)

- Registration: $60,000 COP (one-time)
